Marketing Module
In this Marketing module, the participants will be able to analyse competitive market trends, market segmentations, identify sources of information, consumer needs etc. Inputs will also be given by successful entrepreneurs on the market trends and consumer needs. At the end of the module, they will present their learning/ findings through peer group interactions.

Strategy Module
In this module, the participants will understand concepts of strategy and its elements, industry analysis, SWOT evaluation, how to frame business strategy, growth strategy etc. The participants will also be able to formulate Vision and Role of the Founder entrepreneur.
