Professor Rajesh Chakrabarti was affiliated to the College of Management, Georgia Institute of Technology. He did his post graduation from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad in 1993 and PhD from the University of California at Los Angeles, 1999.
His research interests are in the areas of Indian Financial Market, International Finance, Microfinance and Political Economics. He has also authored few books on “Financial Sector in India”, including “A Handbook of e-commerce” among others.
Presently, he is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Professor Chakrabarti is also a Consultant-member with Lehman Group Accounting and Financial Analysis Council, New York.
Professor Subrata Sarkar is currently a Professor at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Mumbai. He completed his PhD in Economics from University of Southern California, specialising in Econometrics, Industrial Organisation.
His research interests lies in Applied Econometrics, Corporate Governance, Risk Modeling, Productivity and Efficiency Studies. Among many other publications he has also authored Multiple Board Appointments and Firm Performance in Emerging Economies: Evidence from India.
He is being appointed as the Visiting Fellow to the ISB and Visiting Scholar to CAF.
