| A high-powered delegation from Goldman Sachs visits CAf |
The Goldman Sachs Foundation, a global philanthropic organisation funded by The Goldman Sachs Group Inc., announced a grant of $1 million to the Centre for Analytical Finance (CAF) at a press conference on December 7, 2005. The funding will be used for research and faculty for CAF and strengthen its position as the premier finance research centre in the Asia-Pacific region. The Goldman Sachs team was led by Lloyd Blankfein, President, and included Brooks Entwistle, MD, Financial Sponsors Group, and Richard Gnodde, Senior Partner.
