Focus on Marketing Innovations in Downturn

The Bangalore Alumni Chapter came together on April 10, 2009. The highlight of the meet was a discussion on marketing innovations during turbulent times. The speaker for the event was Arun Pereira, Visiting Associate Professor of Marketing at the Indian School of Business(ISB) and Saint Louis University. Professor Pereira spoke at length about the different models of innovations which are being undertaken by organisations world over. The Alumni shared their experiences about the various difficulties they faced and how innovation at their firm level helped them tide over the situation.
Bangalore Chapter Launch

In the City of Gardens the Executive Education Alumni meet was held at the Windsor Manor. It was a huge gathering and a process of secret ballot was followed to elect the President and the Secretary. The office bearers elected to the Bangalore chapter were:
President: Rajesh Gupta, Managing Director, Bearing Point
Secretary: Rajmohan Krishnan, Sr. Vice President, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
