The Centre for Executive Education at the ISB has developed a unique expertise in delivering Custom Designed Programmes. These programmes are custom designed to meet specific needs of organisations. A team of CEE executives and faculty study the issues faced by the organisation, identify the learning needs, and design a programme specifically to address those needs. The programmes are non-replicable in nature and address the individual organisation’s requirements alone. They create immense value for the organisation by meeting developmental needs of senior executives while addressing critical business challenges.

The CEE has collaborated with organisations from diverse industries and delivered unique learning solutions for their senior management and leaders. Several organisations have taken the relationship with the ISB further by designing more interventions and by building more strategic associations with ISB.

The ISB’s expertise for designing managerial and strategic programmes have resulted in the CEE becoming their partner of choice.
