Method
The CEE designs programmes in five distinct steps - Engage, Establish, Evolve, Ensure, and Enable. The E5 approach allows for a deep understanding of the organisation’s  issues and enables the CEE team to efficiently deliver a programme that brings about a lasting change in the organisation.
