Personal and Organisational Change through Transformational Leadership

In the middle of growing complexity and increasing pressures from all directions, leaders have to set clear strategic direction, evoke passion and commitment in people who work for them, and learn how to harvest creativity into innovative products and services for the organisation to sustain and grow competitively in the long run. Breakthrough results are made possible when leadership succeeds in aligning the aspirations of individuals with organisation. In the current climate, employee engagement and morale are low and inspiring others to get engaged and stay connected with their work is the first step. When employees get connected with the organisation, feel inspired to take risks and demonstrate leadership through small and big innovations, the organisation’s results will outpace the competitor.

ISB’s customised programme on Personal and Organisational Change Management through Transformational Leadership works with senior executives to help them learn how to go through a personal transformation, develop skills for problem solving, drive passion and creativity for innovation, strive for excellence, become effective leaders, become result-oriented, lead and manage the organisational change momentum, and produce outstanding results in their organisation.
