CITNE FACULTY PARTICIPATED IN CIST 2007 AND THE INFORMS ANNUAL MEETING IN SEATTLE
CITNE’s Professor Ravi Bapna and Professor Amit Mehra participated in the Conference for Information Systems and Technology (CIST) 2007 and the INFORMS Annual Meeting at Seattle,from November 3-7, 2007. CIST 2007 highlighted research in the area of Information Systems by bringing together scholars who have leveraged informed multiple diverse disciplines to present their ideas.
Professor Bapna along with his colleagues presented his paper on ‘A Clock Auction Model for Stochastic Grid Resource Pricing and Allocation.’ Professor Amit Mehra and his colleague presented their paper on ‘Optimising Programmer Compensation in the Presence of Open Source Software.’
