Ravi Bapna is an Associate professor in Information Systems and Executive Director, CITNE. He holds a PhD in Operations and Information Management from University of Connecticut. He has over eight years of teaching experience at the University of Connecticut. Ravi has published extensively in the areas such as online retail, Internet pricing strategies and Internet auction design.

His areas of interest include Electronic commerce, e-mercantile process design and evaluation, Internet auctions and Economics of information systems.
