Swati Domalpally
Swati is currently working on developing an experimental platform for auction systems at CITNE. She is a graduate in chemical engineering from BITS, Pilani and a post graduate from IIT, Madras. Her areas of interest are IT and control engineering. Prior to joining the ISB, Swati worked as a software engineer in companies in India and the UK.

Nidhi Sharma
Nidhi is currently developing case studies with a focus on identifying and analysing changing trends in the Indian IT environment and their impact on both individual companies as well as the IT industry as a whole. Nidhi has done her Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Management studies. Prior to joining the ISB, she was working as a Healthcare IT product specialist with GE Healthcare based in Singapore, driving the Healthcare IT business in Singapore, Indonesia & Vietnam.

 
Mahesh Ramamani
Mahesh is a Senior Research Associate with CITNE, ISB. He is a Research Fellow at Broad School of Business, Michigan State University. He has been a Product Manager for SAP’s CRM Middleware suite of products and was Strategic Advisor – Netweaver for SAP India before joining Michigan State.

His research here looks to address the factors that lead to effectiveness of Offshore Captive Units and when do firms choose captive units over third party and hybrid arrangements. His research interests also include vendor – client relationships and business value of IT.
