What attracted you to your current position?
Desire to work for a growing organisation with a global brand, and a culture focussing on employee growth and development were the key attractions for me to consider ISB.

What do you like most about your job at the ISB?
Apart from the academic administration and managing the software development for the department, defining processes keeping the end-user in mind has been very satisfying.  The opportunity to interact with a cross section of people like students, faculty and vendors has been a learning experience.

What is the biggest challenge that you face here?
The biggest challenges that I face here are living up to the expectations of students and yet abide by the guidelines and policies.  In this journey, I always look for various ways to keep to the best service quality and be innovative.

What do you think about the work culture at the ISB?
The culture is very conducive to self growth contributing towards overall development.  It is process driven, yet very cooperative and challenging.  The work life helps the staff to inculcate the ISB values in their professional and personal life.

If you could share one tip with a new employee, what would it be?
Deal with conviction and consensus with an eye for detail complimented by practicing and encouraging knowledge dissemination.  Look out for learning in everything you come across.
