I have spent more than 16 years in the training and development roles across industry in India and abroad. My experience spans across FMCG, Services, and the Education industry.

There are tremendous opportunities to learn, in my position, I have the opportunity to interact with  the best minds in the world both from the supply side (faculty) and demand side (senior and top managers from the industry who come for executive education programmes.)

What your role involves
In my present role I am responsible for conceptualising, designing, and delivering open enrollment executive education programmes for the Indian and international markets.

What you feel differentiates the ISB from other organisations you’ve worked with?
It’s a growing organisation and thus there is a great amount of entrepreneurial zeal in everyone to contribute to its growth. In mature organisations this sense of contribution is lost in the crowd.
