Give us a brief on your background and career history.
I am a Hotel Management Graduate from Osmania University of Hotel Management, Hyderabad. I also hold an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management from Ecole Hotelier Cesar Ritz -Switzerland. I have an experience of 5 years in Hospitality Industry prior to joining ISB.
What attracted you to your current position?
My strength has always been managing logistics very effectively. Apart from the brand that ISB is, programme management was a wholesome role where I would be taking care of an entire gamut of activities from the start to the end of an Executive Education Programme; in turn getting an opportunity to listen to some of the world’s best professors.
What do you like most about your job at the ISB?
Managing an EEP Programme includes interacting with a wide range of participants, providing service deliverables to them and the professors; while asking for continuous deliverables from vendors. This becomes a challenging balance to strike.
What do you think about the work culture at the ISB?
One of the best work cultures with non – interference, transparency, encouraging superiors and peers and cheerful work atmosphere is the one I feel exists in my department and overall in the ISB.
If you could share one tip with a new employee, what would it be?
Co-operate & the whole system co-operates with you here at the ISB.
