  • Information Technology:
Sponsored by the the Srini Raju Centre for Information Technology and the Networked Economy (SRITNE) at ISB
Information and Communication Technology is transforming the way business is traditionally done and has impact across multiple dimensions in a corporate value chain.  While IT is undeniably linked to productivity and capital deepening at the firm level, its linkage to transformative business models and societal impact are still being documented.  Critical to realizing these benefits is a superior understanding of design, ownership, seeding and sustenance of the massive agglomeration of technology, people, organizational practices, policies and norms.  This is especially true in the developing nations where usage of ICT also bring the value proposition of affordability.  Cases that explore these dimensions through innovative use and deployment of ICT which leads to transformation of traditional business/government models and drives socio-economic impact are most welcome.
  • Manufacturing:

The case studies may emphasise on any aspects pertaining to innovation in manufacturing of a product or innovative processes utilised by companies to bring in disruptive products that changed consumer perception. The products may put emphasis on any domain or consumer sector in manufacturing; say ‘green technology’ or ‘bottom of the pyramid’, but should be in an Indian setting. Cases dealing with either successes or failures are both welcome.
