Special Category Prize

A prize of US $2000 per Category

Note: Cases entered for any of the Special Categories are also eligible for evaluation in the General Category. In the evaluation process, if any of the Special Categories’ winning cases emerges as the overall winner in the General Category, it would not be eligible for both prizes. Such a case would be declared the overall General Category winner and the next best case within the Special Category would be declared the winner for that category.

Winning cases

• Winning Cases will be published by Ivey Publishing, as co-branded ISB-Ivey Cases, and will be distributed through Ivey and Harvard.
• Details of winning Cases will be published on the website of the ISB Centre for Teaching, Learning and Case Development.

Mentoring Support

• All authors will receive detailed feedback on those cases which met the participation criteria of the competition.
• Post competition, certain cases will be selected for mentoring at the exclusive discretion of ISB and Ivey judges.
• Mentoring will include ISB/Ivey faculty expertise and editorial support, to bring the select cases to a stage where they are ready for publication. Cases which meet the ISB-Ivey standards will be finally reviewed and edited by Ivey and only then will be accepted for publishing.
