About Workshop

The growing interest in the case method amongst Indian B schools reinforces the need  to share best practices about how to effectively learn and teach with cases. Towards this end, the Centre for Case Development  and the Initiative for Excellence in Teaching & Learning at the Indian School of Business, will conduct, on campus, a one-day workshop titled ‘Case Teaching Workshop: Beyond an Introduction’.

Facilitated by Professor Ariff Kachra, Richard Ivey School of Business, The University of Western Ontario, the workshop will delve into the key success factors for case teaching.

During the day, participants will explore different in-class methods of case teaching, with a focus on the cross-enterprise approach. Also discussed will be various elements of case selection, preparation, teaching notes, delivery, and evaluation as they apply to the case classroom.
