Each ELP team consists of 4-5 professionals with an average work experience of 5 years. Teams may be selected by you through a telephonic interview process on an assigned day. If your project requires expertise from a specific industry or functional background, please mention this in your project description.

Each team will spend approximately 400 hours across the project. This translates into a weekly commitment of approximately 7 hours per person. Faculty mentors do not serve on the project team or interact with corporates; their role is to review the methodology and to assure rigorous analysis and the application of global best practices.
