The Experiential Learning Programme (ELP) was initiated as a consulting engagement by the ISB students, as a part of their curriculum. The initiative was designed to combine the diverse experience of the students and their deep domain expertise to offer increased value to engaging businesses. Exposure to the latest research and theory further gives the students a more relevant perspective to real-world business issues.

Over the years, the ELP has helped provide some key benefits:

• Devising innovative and fresh ideas to meet specific business requirements
• Allow the business world access to the brightest minds and future thought leaders
• Creating a platform for recruiters and students to interact on business problems and explore future opportunities
• Enabling students to study and work in a sector of their choice, thus facilitating exposure to and knowledge of diverse business sectors
• Enabling students to address real-life problems that firms experience and apply the management concepts learnt at the ISB in practice
