| Experiential Learning Programme |
The Experiential Learning Programme (ELP) at the Indian School of Business (ISB) provides analysis and recommendations tailored to meet your organisation’s needs. These student projects may involve collecting and interpreting data on customers, processes, markets, or strategies. For example, the team might conduct outside focus groups, visit your offices to interview managers, harvest secondary data sources, or conduct surveys to gather relevant, up-to-date information. You would need to select a Project Guide from your company to support them. At the conclusion of the project, each team will present a full report of findings to your senior management team.
ELP is also a credit course offered as a part of the ISB student’s regular curriculum. Through this programme, they integrate concepts learned across the first four terms, learn the skills of consulting, and develop specific industry expertise.
