Amit Kumar Graduated from NIT Jamshedpur in 2003.He Worked with Hindustan Zinc Limited(Vedanta Resources Plc.) from 2003-2006 first on one of their upcoming power plant project and then moved to operations and maintenance of 4000TPD Mill. He has worked on various continuous improvement projects and six sigma project leading to reduction of power consumption in mill.

Before coming to ISB she worked for Platts, Singapore for 2 years as Editor, Petrochemicals, Asia and the Middle East. He worked in ITC Ltd for three years and executed projects on process development for cigarette manufacturing, knowledge management and also headed the maintenance department of ITC’s largest Primary Manufacturing Department He is certified in Six Sigma Green Belt.

Ayush Mathur completed his B Tech Mechanical Engineering, IIT Kharagpur. He then went on to join ITC limited. His job profile included 13 Six Sigma,12 Lean and 310 Work Out projects to achieve a target of US$ 0.4 million and conducted modules on statistical techniques for 65 managers. As Lead Auditor and Management Representative for ISO 9001, conducted external audits and validated improvement solutions on the shop floor. He also led a team of 25 clericals and operators in coherence with the shop floor.

Toshit Bharara completed his B Tech Chemical Engineering, IIT Delhi. He went onto join ITC Limited as the Assistant Manager – Purchasing and Logistics. In this role, he successfully completed projects on lean implementation, risk management and quality improvement across 3 units of ITC. He developed key performance indicators for demand fulfillment process reducing stock outs of niche brands by 25%. Bharara led a six sigma project team across multiple suppliers and 7 manufacturing locations to achieve savings of 2% ($110,000) in the cost of metalized paper.

Mayank Sharma is a graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He has been associated with ITC for 3 years with ITC Limited. In this respect he worked as a Project Engineer for the Greenfield tobacco processing line at Pune. In respect to his various job roles he was also maintenance in-charge for ITC Saharanpur, tobacco processing line and Assistant engineer , ITC Bangalore, handling operations and engineering for two niche tobacco processing lines.
