Kannan Srikanth
Assistant Professor

Kannan Srikanth is an Assistant Professor in the Strategy area. His research interests lie in organisation design: the design of coordination and incentive mechanisms. He studies these problems in the context of organising acquisitions, outsourcing and offshoring problems. In recent work, he applies insights from psychology and cognitive science into understanding problems of joint search and joint learning in organisations.

His teaching at the ISB includes a course on Corporate Strategy and Organisation Design and Strategic Problem Solving. He also teaches core and elective courses in strategy and management in the University of Southern Denmark, London School of Economics, and London Business School.

Professor Srikanth holds a PhD in Strategic and International Management from London Business School.
He obtained his MS in Management Science from Stanford University and completed his BTech from IIT, Chennai.

His professional experience includes a stint as an Analyst with The Gale Group and American Management Systems.
