S Ramnarayan Visiting Professor
Professor S Ramnarayan, Visiting Professor at ISB, coauthored the book, Change Management - Altering Mindsets in a Global Context, which has been adjudged as the Second Best Book by the Indian Society for Training and Development.
A visiting professor in the area of Leadership and Change management at ISB, Professor Ramnarayan worked as a Director at the Centre for Organisation Development, Hyderabad. He has also been an Advisor to the Centre for Good Governance in Hyderabad, a Professor at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) and a Faculty member at the Tata Management Training Centre, Pune.
His research interests include change management, decision making in complex situations characterised by uncertainty and leadership development through feedback and coaching. He has published other books like Changing Mindsets of Middle Level Officers in Government Organizations, Individual Differences in Need for Cognition and Complex Problem Solving, and Trappings of Expertise and Pursuit of Failure.
Professor Ramnarayan received his PhD from the Department of Organisational Behaviour at the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University. He holds has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Bombay. |
