Archishman Ghosh
Archishman graduated from IIT Kharagpur in 2007. He worked with ITC for 4 years and has developed extensive experience in Quality Management and Process Improvements both at the shop floor as well as the Corporate Head Office. Archishman is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner.
Bikramjit Singh Walia
Bikram Walia graduated from IIT Bombay in 2006 (with a Master in Electrical Engineering) and joined ITC’s Packaging Business in Chennai as an Assistant Manager in 2006. He led Quality improvements and Six Sigma Projects (DFSS, Design for Six Sigma) in the Micro-fluting Supply chain at ITC. In 2008-09, he became the Supply Chain head for the Micro-fluted Cartons business at ITC. Bikram was handling packaging for a wide set of customers including United Breweries, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Diageo etc. and was accountable for almost 100 Cr of turnover from these customers.
Divjyot Chohan
Divjyot Chohan graduated from IIT Kharagpur and joined ITC Paperboards division in 2005, working on Continuous improvement projects and heading the Six Sigma initiatives for Packaging and Printing division of ITC. She led the operations and supply chain management for Plastics packaging in ITC , Chennai factory. In 2006-07, she worked with Schlumberger in Canada and Tunisia as wireline engineer. She has exposure in diverse industries like Oil & Gas Service industry, Paperboards and Specialty paper manufacturing , Packaging and Printing, and serviced clients in FMCG industry.
Neha Khandelwal
Neha graduated from IIT Bombay in 2006 with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, and went on to work with Prudential Plc, Mumbai as Assistant Manager handling the customer analytics team of Prudential UK for last 5 years. Neha comes with an extensive experience in CRM, segmentation, statistical modeling and forecasting techniques. She is a certified lean six sigma green belt holder and has worked on due diligence, process improvements, resource optimization and project management assignments across Prudential group companies in Asia, US and UK.
Nirmal N R
Nirmal graduated in Production Engineering from NIT Calicut and joined Ashok Leyland in their Manufacturing division in 2005. During the stint in manufacturing, he worked on different aspects of manufacturing from Factory planning, Master production scheduling and shop floor execution. He was also the youngest lean manufacturing leader in the company, as a part of the change management and lean manufacturing implementation program . In November 2008, Nirmal was selected to work with the Managing Director and Executive Vice Chairman of the company as Executive Assistant. During 30-month tenure, he worked on several strategic projects including M&A and diversification into Light commercial vehicles, Construction equipment, Technology, Aerospace and Defence including Joint ventures with Nissan and John Deere. Nirmal is also a certified professional in Production and Inventory Management from APICS.
Rahul Ramaraju
Rahul Ramaraju, a Chemical Engineering graduate from NIT, Trichy. Rahul joined ITC Limited- Foods Division in 2007 as Manager Projects in the Staples category, along with setting up green field units in Coimbatore and Vishakhapatnam, he was involved in various productivity and quality improvement projects. In 2010 he moved into the Manufacturing vertical as Manager Manufacturing for Staples category, where he headed the All India manufacturing and supply chain for the category.
Rohin Mittal
Rohin Mittal qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2007 and joined ITC Limited ( Foods Division). His area of work in his 3 years of work experience included handling divisional audit for all foods locations across India , handling books of accounts, upaditng all the tax masters in SAP and keeping track of any Union / state budget changes , compliance with the statutory forms getting the VAT audits done for each state and replying to queries raised by various departments. He also was responsible for filing the sales tax returns for all states and accounting for the same in the books of accounts and reconciliation with SAP.
During his articleship with KPMG (Corporate Tax) he handled various clients (independently SAPIENT )and was responsible for all the TDS/FBT returns for various clients.
Sumaira Sultan Chaudhry
Sumaira worked with Amarchand Mangaldas as the first member of the corporate strategy team, where she was primarily involved in the revamping processes and building tools and SOPs to aid efficient management. She was also involved in business diversification planning and undertook several other operational functions. Prior to Amarchand, Sumaira worked at RocSearch as a business research analyst working with clients from various domains from across the globe. Sumaira hold a Bachelors in Business Studies from S.S. College of Business Studies (University of Delhi)
Srishti Mittal
Srishti Mittal (B.E.Civil,Hons.) after graduating from V.J.T.I, Mumbai in 2005, joined Shapoorji Pallonji Group in the business development function. For 4.5 years she managed key, prestigious client accounts, extensively networking and generating leads contributing to annual business generation worth over Rs.2500 million. She led special task forces and cross-functional teams while exploring opportunities for new global strategic alliances. Later working in Raheja Developers’ Corporate Strategy role she was an internal change agent, introducing new systems and functions. She inducted over 24 departments on business process systems, facilitated cross-functional links and led the working committee for cost rationalization and operations optimization.
Vardhan Satish Phadnis
Vardhan Phadnis graduated with a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai (V.J.T.I.) in 2003 and a Master in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Tech, Atlanta in 2004. He possesses extensive consulting experience (supply chain) with JDA Software and Capgemini across the US and Europe, having served multiple Fortune 500 clients in the Consumer Goods and Retail verticals, with a focus on strategic planning, inventory optimization, demand planning and supplier collaboration . Post consulting, he took up a supply chain strategy role at Cummins India and was responsible for developing a long term strategic road map to assist company growth from $2B in 2010 to $5B in 2015.
