For Recruiters The domain of General Management demands a deep understanding of management principles that govern the organisation as a single, complete entity. It involves making critical decisions in uncertain or ambiguous environments, breaking away from functional focus and developing a more inclusive attitude, integrating cross-functional objectives to generate innovative solutions that benefit the organization as a whole, and build a global business. This year, close to 450 students (out of a batch of 579) are keen to pursue a career in General Management by leveraging ISB’s curriculum which offers a wide range of courses encompassing strategy and innovation management in functional areas such as finance, operations and marketing.
