Meet Paul Birch, an Australian/British National, is the Group President Human Resources of the Punj Lloyd Group. He holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Personnel Management from the United Kingdom and a Post-graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Labour Law from Australia. Birch has held a number of senior HR roles and has extensive corporate business experience across a range of industries, including the Airline, Agribusiness, Banking, Electrical Engineering and Automotive sectors. Prior to Punj Lloyd, he was the Executive Director, Human Resources at Siemens in Australia and New Zealand. His international experience includes the Asia Pacific region as well, besides UK, Australia and New Zealand.
