Leadership and Innovation

The General Management Club was honoured to host Professor Prasad Kaipa, Executive Director of the ISB’s Centre for Leadership Innovation and Change, on the July 21, 2009.

The audience was riveted in Professor Kaipa’s talk, pivoted around his vast experiences in the corporate world and as a leadership consultant for companies across the globe. It was an edifying experience, learning from his insights stemming from his extensive exposure to firms and business situations in India and in the Silicon Valley in California.

The Professor touched upon key aspects of innovation, change management and also the role of spirituality in leadership, besides initiating a discussion on students’ preferences and plans for the elective courses under the Strategy and Leadership stream
