President: Mansoor Gani Mukadam
Mansoor Mukadam received his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from NIT - Trichy, after which he joined ZS Associates private limited. At ZS Associates, he consulted with various pharmaceutical companies, specifically in areas of Brand Marketing, Opportunity assessment, Marketing research and Managed care marketing. Mansoor’s international experience includes client management and development of marketing and product launch strategies at client sites.

Vice President: Arvind Srinivas
Arvind Srinivas received his B.Tech Bio-Technology from Anna University and M.S Bio-Engineering from Clemson University, South Carolina. At Medtronic Inc., Arvind was Senior R&D Engineer responsible for designing and developing Medtronic’s second generation Drug Eluting Stent product – Resolute. He has currently filed for two patents and was also awarded Medtronic’s $10,000 “Quest” grant for conceptualizing an innovative stent.

Placement Coordinator: Vishal Kaushik
Vishal Kaushik received his MBBS from the Government Medical college, Nagpur. Post-MBBS, Vishal served the army as Medical Officer, wherein he led medical operations in counter insurgency areas such as Jammu and Kashmir. He also managed the administration, procurements, and training of soldiers for the military hospital. Prior to joining ISB, Vishal worked at the Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai as an Administrative Officer for various projects

Placement Coordinator: Preeti Dharmagoudar
Preeti Dharmagoudar worked with leading Indian Biopharmaceuticals - Biocon Ltd -for 11 yrs. At Biocon, Preeti headed Business Strategy and product management teams, responsible for strategic alliances on product, technology and outsourcing. Preeti also conceptualized & implemented product management strategies, and simultaneously led the process of Identifying partners and outsourcing of key technologies in development & manufacturing.

Learning and Development Coordinator: Shalini Upadhyay
Shalini Upadhyay received her undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from IIT, Roorkee. She has over 4 years of leadership and project management experience, and has worked in leading IT firms across various geographic locations. Prior to ISB, Shalini was working at Reynolds & Reynolds (USA). She is Six-Sigma Green Belt certified.

Shayan received his undergraduate degree from John Hopkins University and post-graduate (Biotechnology) from San Jose State University. Shayan has 4.5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, where he was involved in managing clinical operations for one of the world’s largest Pharma companies. He has an avid interest in public policy, governmental regulations and programs in relation to healthcare delivery and public infrastructure.

Easha Ghildyal has 4.5 years of pharmaceutical sales and consulting experience, specifically in brand management and Oncology sales. Easha initially worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb, after which she consulted on various brand management projects for pharma companies across various disease segments.

Training and Expertise: Nikhil Sikri
Nikhil Sikri received his MBBS from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). Prior to ISB, he worked as Medical officer at the Ministry of health holding in Singapore. With over 4 years of clinical experience, Nikhil has gained rural, urban and international exposure to healthcare settings. He received an International award by Texas Heart Institute Journal for a Research Essay he published. Nikhil is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (level 1).

Training and Expertise: Bavneet Singh
Bavneet Singh received his B.Pharm from Delhi University and M.Tech in Pharmaceutical Technology from National institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (NIPER). Following his Masters, Bavneet worked for approximately 4 years with Ranbaxy Labs LTD, focused on the Drug Regulatory Affairs Domain. At Ranbaxy, Bavneet interfaced between the company and various global regulatory agencies, such as US FDA, Europe EMEA, and Japan PMDA etc.

Siddharth Jain received his B.Tech in Engineering from IIT, Delhi. Post-undergraduate, Siddharth worked with ZS Associates, where-in he was primarily involved in sales and marketing consulting projects for some of the largest pharmaceutical and medical devices firms.

Probono and Initiatives: Sumeet Pal Singh Ahluwalia
Dr Sumeet Pal Singh Ahluwalia is an Ophthalmologist who graduated from the Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune. He has worked across the whole spectrum of the healthcare industry in the last six years, ranging from a primary health centre (PHC) in a rural setup to multispecialty corporate hospitals in Tier 1 cities. He worked with Manipal Group in the inception of their retail healthcare initiative, Manipal Cure & Care, and helped them establish the ophthalmology department across five centres in india.
