Richard Kent Green.jpg) Richard Kent Green is the Associate Dean for Graduate Programmes, Finance at the University of Southern California. He is conferred with the Oliver T Carr Chair of Real Estate and Finance and Professor of Finance, The George Washington University. He is also the Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Green was the Vice President, Research and Finance, Wisconsin REALTORS Association, Madison. He was also the Associate Professor (with tenure), Assistant Professor, Real Estate and Urban Land Economics at the School of Business, University of Wisconsin-Madison. Green comes with an equal amount of professional experience. He is the Second Vice President of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, a member of the board of directors of Centre for Housing Policy and the first Vice President of American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association. Green is on the Editorial board of Journal of Housing Economics and Journal of Property Research. He is a recipient of many achievements and awards. He is the First Vice President of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, the Special Associate Member, Conference of Business Economists. He is the Wangard Faculty Scholar, University of Wisconsin, the Distinguished Fellow, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and many more to add the list. Green pursued his MS and PhD from the University of Wisconsin and completed his graduation from Harvard University.
