Mr R Santhanam is the Managing Director of Hindustan Motors Limited. He began his career with Telco (Tata Motors). He gained wide ranging experience by undertaking assignments in manufacturing, marketing and general management with Eicher Tractors, TVS Suzuki, Mahindra Group and Hindustan Motors. Mr R Santhanam is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT-Madras, MBA from IIM-Calcutta and a fellow of the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.

Suhas is a pioneer in setting up Legal Process Outsourcing Business and has a specialist experience in the fields of setting up new businesses in India, Infrastructure Projects, Corporate Laws , Energy/ Power , Intellectual Property Laws, Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Suhas advises various companies, high profile and networth individuals on corporate law related issues and has experience in advising the MNCs in businesses ranging from mining to power generation, soaps and cosmetics to water treatment plants, business process outsourcing to biotechnology. Suhas has pioneered benchmarking documentation with global standards, supporting energy regulatory requirements and working on privatisation of infrastructure.
