Mr Gupta is an alumnus of Columbia Business School and is currently the Managing Director of A T Kearney, India. AT Kearney is an independent, privately owned management consultancy with 2,500 employees in 30 countries around the world. Since 1926 the company has been providing high value management consulting services to major companies across the globe.

Sushil Handa CMD, Claris Life Sciences

Mr Sushil Handa is founder and CEO of the Ahmedabad-based Claris LifeSciences, a manufacturer of sterile parenteral preparations, life-saving medicines and hospital products, focussing on delivery systems for treatment of critical diseases. An international company set up in the year 2000 on an 85-acre plot and market leader in the critical care segment in India, Claris operates in more than 60 countries through its subsidiaries, offices, and marketing and distribution network. A first-generation entrepreneur and management graduate with a finance background, Mr Handa launched Core Healthcare, the biggest manufacturer of intravenous fluid in the country in the late 80s and 90s. At its peak Core had a market capitalisation of Rs 1,500 crore.

C Jayaram Executive Director, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.

Mr C Jayaram is an Executive Director of Kotak Mahindra Bank and is currently in charge of the Wealth Management Business of the Kotak Group. He has a varied experience of over 25 years in many areas of finance and business and was the CEO of Kotak Securities Limited. He has been with the Kotak Group for 16 years and has been instrumental in building a number of the new businesses initiated by the company.
Mr Jayaram has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkatta.

Harpal Singh CMD, Fortis

Mr Harpal Singh is the Chairman of Fortis Healthcare Ltd and SRL Ranbaxy Ltd as well as the Chairman of Escorts Heart Institute & Research Centre; Fortis Financial Services Ltd and Fortis Securities Limited. He has had a diverse and wide-ranging experience of over 30 years in the corporate sector and has previously held senior positions in TATA's, Hindustan Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra and Shaw Wallace. Mr Harpal Singh has been involved with many premier educational institutions at the board level which include the Doon School, the Shriram School, the Scindia School (Gwalior), Yadavindra Public School (Patiala & Mohali) and is a Trustee of the Salwan Educational Trust.
An alumnus of the Doon School and an Honours Graduate in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, Mr Singh also has a B.S. in Economics and a Master's in Public Affairs from the California State University at Hayward (C.S.C.H.), California, U.S.A.

Mr Rahul Chaudhry, CEO of TATA Power Broadband, has over two decades of experience in the High Technology arena in Digital Switching, Network Management Systems, Wireless Infrastructure & Services, Security and m-Commerce for 2.5G and 3G applications. Prior to this he worked with AT & T, Motorola and British Telecom. He brings in an extensive multinational experience in technology, project management, business development, mergers & acquisitions, operations, corporate governance and in developing strategic partnerships.

Mr Chaudhry was nominated as a member of Vijay Kelkar Committee constituted by Hon. Raksha Mantri to recommend measures for strengthening self reliance in defence preparedness with increased participation of the Indian industry. He is also a member of the National Committee on Defence at CII and FICCI and Chairman of the Defence R&D sub-committee of CII. He holds a degree in BE, M Tech in Management Systems from IIT, Delhi and is also a Fellow of IETE.
