Suman Bose,
Country Director - Dassault Systèmes, India


Suman Bose is the Country Director for Dassault Systemes PLM Business in India. He brings 18 years of business management, sales and marketing experience in the IT industry, in India and abroad. Bose is responsible for accelerating leadership growth for DS across key market segments in India and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Bose came to DS through MatrixOne acquisition in May 2006. As Regional Director – Sales and Business Development at MatrixOne Asia Pacific, he planned and executed business strategies, developed partnerships with few key pan-regional alliance partners. He joined MatrixOne in August 2004 in Singapore. Prior to MatrixOne, Bose served Hewlett Packard Asia Pacific in Singapore for several years in increasing levels of responsibilities. In his last role as a partner business director, he was responsible for driving channel business revenue for HP’s Enterprise Server and Storage Division across Asia Pacific. Earlier, he has served HP Asia Pacific as Marketing Director for Enterprise Servers, Sales Director for managing key opportunities, and Business Manager in the Manufacturing segment responsible for promoting enterprise collaboration solutions.

Bose has a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and Masters in Finance and Marketing from XLRI.


Ravi Mallela
Delivery Head, Microsoft Global Services

Ravi Mallela is a Delivery Head with Microsoft Global Services India. He is responsible for delivering large and complex projects across the globe leveraging Microsoft’s cutting edge technologies which are yet to be released into the market or just released into the market. He has been with Microsoft Services for about 9 years now and has worked in a range of roles within Microsoft over these 9 years.

Prior to Microsoft, Mallela was with Intergraph Corporation for about 5 years and was responsible for the product development in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) domain. Prior to Intergraph he was with Tata Consulting Engineers and was responsible for engineering and development of software for civil engineering structures.

Mallela is a Civil Engineer and has graduated from Bangalore Institute of Technology.


Cyprian D'Souza
India Head, PRM Chief People Officer, Financial Services - Capgemini

Cyprian D’Souza is the Chief People Officer for the Capgemini Financial Services Strategic Business Unit (FS SBU) and the India Business Unit of Capgemini. D’Souza is also Managing Director for the FS SBU in India. In this capacity he is responsible for learning & development, organisation culture, recruitment, mobility, compensation, performance and career management and all people policies, processes and practices.

Previously, D’Souza worked for Kanbay from 1991 to help set up operations in India. Prior to joining Kanbay, he owned a management consulting practice, LENS Services, where he worked with the leadership of a number of Fortune 500 companies in the United States, United Kingdom, India, Hong Kong and Australia. In 1993, D’Souza merged his consulting practice with Kanbay and took on the role of leading Kanbay’s organisation transformation consulting practice. His previous assignments include 14 years with the Institute of Cultural Affairs (ICA), headquartered in Brussels, where he was a Member of the Global Executive Council.

In the past, D’Souza served on the Board of JK Group of companies. He currently serves on the Board of the Mercedes Benz Education Academy.
