Suhas Tuljapurkar is the Managing Partner of Legasis Partners, a
law firm registered for practice in India, having offices in Mumbai
and Pune. Tuljapurkar has a specialist experience in the fields of
Infrastructure Projects, Corporate Laws, Joint Ventures, M & A,
Energy/Power, Intellectual Property Laws, Litigation and Dispute
Resolution. He advises various companies, high profile and
networth individuals on corporate law related issues and has
experience in advising the MNCs in businesses ranging from mining to
power generation, soaps and cosmetics to water treatment plants,
business process outsourcing to pharmaceuticals / biotechnology. Tuljapurkar has pioneered benchmarking documentation with global
standards, supporting energy regulatory requirements and working on
privatisation of infrastructure. He is founder and Director of
Legasis Services Private Limited, a Legal Process Outsourcing
company. Tuljapurkar has published various articles and writes for
specialised publications. He is also invited to speak on various
legal issues at national and international conventions.
Sunil Chainani
Independent Management Consultant
Since 1990, Sunil Chainani has been working as an independent
management consultant - focussed on development of international business for several large corporates.
He worked with Britannia and then the parent company, Nabisco from
1980-1990 - this included stints in Sales, Marketing, Buying and
International Business and also included a 3 year stint in London.
He also held the position of General Manager in Britannia's
International Business division, which was an independent profit
centre accounting for 25% of the company's revenue. In the last few years Chainani has focussed on start up and mid-sized businesses which are scaling up their operations. He has also been
an advisor to several companies in fields like media, IT & ITES, foods and retail. Areas of focus include fund raising, company restructuring, development of management team, development and implementation of growth plans and mentoring the top management/ owners through the growth process. Chainani is a BSc from Bombay University and an MBA from IIM,

Ajit Joshi
Chief Executive Officer - Infiniti Retail Ltd
In his career spanning more than 20 years, Ajit Joshi, has been an integral part of the retail and hospitality industry, both in India and internationally. As the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Infiniti Retail Limited, the 100% subsidiary of Tata Sons, he is responsible for launching and expansion of the chain of Croma mega stores, India’s first national multi brand specialised retail chain for consumer electronics and consumer durables. He is also leading the strategy and operations at Infiniti Retail Limited.
With specialisation in areas of business management, operations strategy, channel development and property management,
Joshi has handled a number of portfolios in the domestic and international markets, which include Le Montage, Spotless Services, Orion Capital Pvt Ltd, ITC Hotels Ltd and Les Roches. He also led the management of numerous venues at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and was awarded with the coveted “Team Award for Excellence – Sydney 2000 Games”. Prior to joining Infiniti Retail Ltd,
Joshi was working with Shoppers’ Stop, as Vice President – Operations.
Joshi is an MBA from the Melbourne Business School, Australia and has studied at Cornell University. He has also done his Hotel Management from Les Roches-Bluches, Switzerland and from Institute of Hotel Management in Mumbai.
His first degree is from Mumbai University.
