Alok leads a team that’s responsible for helping Microsoft’s partners build technology competency across the Microsoft cloud platform offerings, from pre-sales to architecture. In his prior role, he was responsible for business strategy and marketing of Microsoft’s cloud productivity platforms across consumer and commercial customers. Alok also leads key projects aligned with Microsoft India’s emerging market strategy, namely, Microsoft Kaizala, Project Sangam, among others. He is passionate about employee & organization productivity and engages with customers, partners and industry bodies on productivity as a strategic growth driver for an organization.
In his prior role, Alok worked with Mr. Bhaskar Pramanik, Chairman, Microsoft India as his Business Director. In this multi-faceted role, Alok was responsible for driving external engagements for Mr. Pramanik, with customers, partners, industry associations and government elites, as well as internal rhythms for business reviews and execution on strategy.
Alok has been with Microsoft for over 18 years now, having worked across both technical sales and marketing roles. Prior to joining Microsoft, Alok worked as a Technology Consultant with Sonata Software Ltd.
Alok is a B.E. (Honours) in Electronics & Telecom from National Institute of Technology, Silchar, Assam. In his free time, Alok likes to listen to music and travel with his wife, Ritu and daughter, Shreya.

Anuranjita Kumar
Head of Human Resources - International Hubs, Royal Bank of Scotland
 
Anuranjita is a British Indian and has worked in London and also across Europe, Asia Pacific Middle East and  USA. Anuranjita began her career with Procter & Gamble in 1994 and joined Citi in 1995. She has held a variety of roles including Senior HR Generalist for Corporate and Investment Banking, Staffing and Development manager in NY and Senior HR advisor for Private Bank in Singapore.  She returned to India after her last assignment of 9 years in London. She came to India as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Citi South Asia before joining Royal Bank of Scotland as MD Human Resources for International Hubs.
 
Anuranjita is on the board of AI Foundation and SHRM India. She  Member of the South Asia Executive Council Conference Board, Member of CII National Core Committee on Human Resources, Member of the National Human Resources Forum India. She is director on the Board  of American India Foundation and also of Ashoka University.
She has been recognized as amongst the ‘Most Powerful HR Professionals of India’, by the World HRD Congress in 2012 and amongst the ‘Most Powerful Woman Leaders’ by Fortune in 2013.
Anuranjita is a management graduate of XLRI, specializing in Human Resources. She attended Welhams Girls School and is a gold medalist and topper in industrial psychology.
 
She is keenly engaged in writing ( Best selling Book: can I have it all?) . Further she is engaged in volunteering with underprivileged children and enjoys spending time with her.
Balachandar. N
Group Director-  Human Resources, Coffee Day Group
N Balachandar, fondly called Bala,  is currently Group Director- HR for the fast growing and expanding Coffee Day Group, which has interest in Coffee, Technology, Financial Services, Commercial Real Estates, Logistics, Pharma and Furniture.  He is responsible for people strategy and execution for the Group. 
Bala has rich multi sector experience. His early grooming was at Asian Paints for leading HR for the retail & industrial sales, and when he left them as was their Corporate Training Manager.  
Then, until 2001 he worked at Standard Chartered Bank, where he started as the first HR Head of fast growing Credit Card business and then HR for Consumer Banking in India, where he was responsible for integrating the Card business with Retail Banking.
He then joined GE in 2001 as Vice President HR for GE Healthcare India where he led HR for multiple verticals of the Healthcare business in India.  His role was expanded to include Asia Growth Markets covering India, ANZ, Korea and South East Asia. Bala then worked at the International HQ of GE Healthcare as Organisation & Staffing Leader for EMEA & Asia, and was based in Paris.  After four years with GE Healthcare, he was rotated to GE Capital to support integration of Banking platforms across Asia, as Executive Vice President, and was based in Tokyo for three years.
Bala, then decided to return to India for personal reasons and developed a passion to work with agile entrepreneurial companies. In early 2009 he was appointed as Chief HR officer at Strides Arcolab, a fast growing Pharma company with global operations.
He has been teaching at IIM- Bangalore and other Universities specifically focusing on Building new age professional firms.
Bala completed his MS in Industrial Management at IIT Chennai in 1988, and has a Master’s with major in PM&IR from Loyola College Chennai (1986).
Gajendra Chandel
Mr. Chandel is currently the President and CHRO, Tata Motors, India’s largest Automotive Company. He moved to Tata Motors in 2014, from another Tata Group Company, Tata AutoComp Systems where he was the Group CHRO, Tata AutoComp Systems from 2005 to 2014.
At Tata Motors, as part of Executive Committee, he is actively driving turnaround with responsibility of various strategic growth initiatives of the company, pioneered various HR practices which are seen as trendsetters and industry benchmarks.
As part of the company’s transformation strategy, emanating from Company’s short, mid & long term strategy, he piloted massive restructuring, reorganisation & rejuvenation exercise. It includes compression of hierarchy to flat structure, Job levelling and Banding, Management Assessment & structured placement exercise, performance planning & review, career & succession planning etc. - all driven towards making the organisation agile and lean, fighting machine to meet company’s goal of being amongst the top 3 players in Commercial vehicles worldwide and top 3 passenger car business in India.
 
Prior to joining Tata Group, he worked with Siemens in India, Germany and USA for almost 13 years where he held various assignments, incl. Regional HR Manager (North), Divisional HR Manager for newly formed Telecom Div., Corporate Head for Industrial Relations, Corporate Head of Leadership and HR Development & Head of Siemens ONE, Shared services Project. From 2000 to 2003, he led the Leadership Project at Global Headquarters of Siemens in Munich & subsequently at Siemens USA on a Business Integration Project from 2003-2004.
He was honoured with Leader of the Year award in 1997 by LMI Inc. USA.

Gaurav Lahiri
Gaurav Lahiri is a Partner with Deloitte Consulting. He leads the Human Capital Service area based out of Delhi. He brings significant experience in consulting, focusing primarily on organization transformation, leadership development and M&A.
Gaurav works with clients to align their organizations with their strategic agenda – this includes reviewing strategies, designing organization structures, implementing talent management programs and formulating reward strategies to drive performance and motivation.
While Gaurav’s expertise is in Organization Effectiveness, he has also helped clients research and develop competency models for outstanding performance. He managed a seminal Indian CEO research study sponsored by Bharat Petroleum under the aegis of India’s Public Enterprises Selection Board and co-authored the book “The Indian CEO : a Portrait of Excellence” published in 2007.
Gaurav has authored several papers on Post Merger Integration, Change Management and has won several prizes and awards, including the McKinsey Best Management Paper of the year.
Gaurav is a graduate with Honours in Mathematics from Delhi University and holds an MBA from the XLRI School of Management.
Krishnamurthy Shankar
Krish Shankar is the Group Head of Human Resource Development at Infosys. In this role, he is responsible for envisioning the roadmap for HR and driving the talent and organization strategy. Krish leads multiple teams across various HR functions towards the goal of providing employees with the best experience.
 
Krish has over 30 years of experience and has led HR functions in organizations like Bharti Airtel, Philips, Hindustan Unilever and Unilever. In his wide ranging experience in these organizations, he has facilitated organization-wide transformation and capability development, along with leading the transformation of HR into a strategic partner.
 
Krish holds a postgraduate diploma in HR from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and has received an executive certificate in Strategy and Organization from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Lakshmi Nadkarni
Dr. Lakshmi Nadkarni brings close to 25 years of corporate experience to Human Resources Function. She led significant change management initiatives and delivery of strategic HR solutions in the Organizations she worked with.
Lakshmi spent five years in academia at the University of Poona while pursuing a doctoral programme in Industrial Sociology soon after completing Master’s in Sociology and Social Welfare.
Her corporate career began with consumer industry at Reckitt Benckiser in India followed by the responsibility for Heading - Human Resources in Sri Lanka operations. She moved to manufacturing and specialty chemicals where she spent 10 years, first with the BASF Group in India and later with Dow Chemicals as the HR Leader for Dow India. Her last stint before she returned to BASF India as Head Human Resources – South Asia was with Pfizer Ltd, the Indian subsidiary of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical company.
Mahesh Nayak
Mahesh Nayak is the COO of SAP Labs India, SAP’s largest Research and Development center outside its headquarters in Germany and a part of a connected lab network of 20 Labs in 17 countries. Mahesh overseas business operations across three locations of SAP Labs India - Bangalore, Gurgaon and Pune. He is also in the Startup Studio advisory board which helps SAP engage with the external startup ecosystem.
Experience and Background
Mahesh has been with SAP for 14 years. He began as a quality engineer and moved on to handle multiple roles in the areas of product development, quality management and partner product certification. Prior to his career with SAP, Mahesh was with Hewlett Packard and Dell in India. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Bangalore University and has completed an executive program on leadership from Indian School of Business.
Naveen Mohan
Naveen Mohan is Executive Vice President Investor Relations and Supply Chain Management: Siemens Limited. Naveen Mohan is a chartered accountant with 30 years of experience in the area of operations, consulting, investor relations, finance, shared services and supply chain management. He has managed global roles, worked at international locations  and have handled cross cultural and diverse teams.
He has been working with Siemens for last 13 years. In his current role he developed Investor Relations function in India with a focus to represent company’s strategies and road map to analysts, investors and proxy advisory firms. He is also responsible for driving compliance, cost and productivity in Supply Chain Management Area.
Earlier   he was the Managing Director and CEO of Siemens Shared Services providing  backoffice services to third party and Siemens businesses globally.
Prior to joining Siemens, he has worked with large multinationals like General Electric, Coca Cola, Unilever etc.
Rahul Guha
Rahul Guha is a Partner and Director in the Mumbai office of The Boston Consulting Group. He leads the People & Organization Practice (POP) in India.
He has supported clients on topics of Organization Design, Performance Management, Leadership & Talent and Strategic Workforce planning. Additionally, Rahul leads the Smart Simplicity topic in Asia for BCG and is on a campaign on simplification in organizations in the Indian region. He also spends time helping companies prepare their organizations for break-away growth as well as winning in emerging markets.
Besides the People and Organization Practice, Rahul is closely involved with the Healthcare & Industrial Practice in India. He leads Strategy & Transformation assignments across a range of industries, re-orienting company strategies and delivering market value. In addition, he has been the knowledge partner for several Industry committees. 
Prior to joining BCG, he was the Co-founder of Nautilus Software Solutions and the CTO of valuepay.com responsible for product development in the US market and has interned at Unilever India and Tata Consultancy Services.
Rahul has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Mumbai, India.
Raj Raghavan
Raj is Amazon’s Asia Pacific Director of Human Resources for their International Consumer Business as well as Global Technology & Business Operations Centers in the region. He joined Amazon in early 2011 as their India Head of Human Resources and supported the launch of several businesses and technology development centers in the country.
Prior to joining Amazon, Raj was Head of HR for GE’s Global Research and India Technology Centers. He initially joined GE in 1999 and held various senior HR leadership positions supporting several businesses in various locations. Starting his HR career in the late 80’s, Raj has held several senior HR leadership positions across geographies in organizations such as Hindustan Unilever, Ford Motor Company and HSBC.
Raj earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Master’s in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
Rajeev Dubey
Rajeev Dubey is the Group President (HR & Corporate Services) & CEO (After-Market Sector), Member of the Group Executive Board, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. His key focus areas are Human Capital initiatives of the Group, the After-Market businesses whose CEO’s report to him, Group Communications, Government Relations, CSR and Infrastructure. He is the Chairman of Mahindra Insurance Brokers, Mahindra Steel Service Centres and Mahindra First Choice Services, and serves on the Boards of several Group companies including Ssangyong Motors Korea, Mahindra Intertrade and Mahindra First Choice Wheels. He is Chairman of the Group CSR Council and the Corporate Governance Cell, and a Member of the Governing Council of the Mahindra Institute of Quality and the Governing Board of Mahindra Ecole Centrale.
 
He joined Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. in January 2004 after a career spanning 29 years in the Tata Group, which he joined in 1975 as a member of the TAS, the central managerial cadre of the Tata Group. He spent 21 years with Tata Steel, and the next 7 years as CEO first of Tata Metaliks and then of Rallis India.
 
He studied Economics at St. Stephens College, Delhi University, where he was ranked first in the University, and at the Delhi School of Economics, where he received a National Scholarship. He went on to do his MBA from the Yale School of Management, USA as a J N Tata scholar, and was selected as a Distinguished Alumnus of the School.
 
Rajeev is a Member of the Governing Board of the International Labour Organization (ILO), Geneva and serves on the Boards of the International Organization of Employers (IOE), Geneva and the International Training Centre of the ILO, Turin, Italy. He is also a core member of the Council of Global Advisors of the Yale School of Management (Yale SOM), USA and is the immediate Past President of the National Human Resource Development Network (NHRDN) and the Employers’ Federation of India (EFI). He is also a member of the Advisory Board of Konecranes India.
Rajit Mehta
Rajit Mehta is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Max Healthcare, a leading private healthcare company in India and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. He is also a Non-Executive Director at Max Life Insurance, Max Skill First and is a trustee of Max India Foundation – the CSR arm for Max Group of Companies. In addition, he is the Chairman of CII Northern Region Committee on Healthcare, Member of CII Northern Regional Council & Member of CII National Healthcare Council for the year 2017 – 18 and also a Governing Council Member at NATHEALTH, Healthcare Federation of India.

The project culminated in Rajit co-authoring a book titled “Growth Leadership Practices at Max Life”.
 
Prior to Max Life Insurance, he was the Director – Personnel at Bank of America and has also worked with HCL. His total experience spans 3 decades. Rajit is a graduate in Commerce, post graduate in Human Resources and has also attended an Advanced Management Program at INSEAD – France. He is the recipient of the Chairman’s Award for Excellence at Max Life Insurance.
Ramesh K B Menon
Ramesh Menon leads the People function at Murugappa Group. As Director HR, he spearheads the Group’s efforts towards being the Employer of Choice and creating a      multidimensional and collaborative workforce. In this capacity, he serves as Executive Director on the Murugappa Corporate Board.  In addition, Ramesh also heads the Diversified Business Group  which consists of Tea, Rubber, Carpets, Travel, Textiles and Polynet business of the Group as Lead Director. 
 
Under Ramesh’s leadership, the Group implemented ‘VOICES’ – a  detailed and analytical employee feedback mechanism in association with Aon, covering 32000+ employees across the Group. It has since become a cornerstone for rolling out employee engagement initiatives across the Group.
 
Ramesh is certified as a trained assessor and administrator of assessment tools such as McQuaig, Thomas and Hogan. His implementation of the Hogan profiling tool at Murugappa has not only helped strengthen the talent acquisition process but also sharpen individual skills and overall team potential.  He is passionate about driving adoption of technology and digital tools in HR and people development and has been instrumental in rolling out several e-learning initiatives across the Group.  Also heading the brand building and reputation management for Brand Murugappa, Ramesh launched and continues to drive digital and social media initiatives for deeper engagement with key audiences.
 
Ramesh joined the Murugappa Group in July 2013, moving from Coats, where he served as Director – HR, South Asia.  Ramesh’s career with Madura Coats spanned 26 years where he handled several HR leadership assignments in several regions.   Interestingly, despite his resignation, Coats honoured Ramesh with a Life Time Achievement Award taking into account his illustrious career.
 
Ramesh is a Science graduate from Jaihind College, Mumbai and an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur. His interests include music, travel and wildlife photography.  Ramesh is married to Rajini and they have two sons named Rahul and Rohan.
Rangarajan N
N Rangarajan , fondly called Ranga is a Commerce graduate from Hindu College, Delhi University and qualified as CA and CWA.  He started his career in Price Waterhouse New Delhi and later moved to Industry in the field of Finance and Accounting. He has worked with various industries like Automotive, Electronics , Trading , Textiles, Heavy Industrial Equipment, Offshoring and Investment Banking. He worked in Singapore and Indonesia between 1993-1998 before joining GE Capital in Gurgaon in 1999 in Finance COE.  In GE besides delivery ,  he qualified as Six Sigma Master Blackbelt and headed the quality function for the Finance COE. At GE he was   certified CAP (Change Acceleration Program) trainer.  
Ranga joined Lehman Brothers in 2006 as head of Productivity and Process Improvement  , and post acquisition by Nomura  in 2008,  took on the role of Head of Operations for the Global Shared Services Centre in Mumbai. He is Managing Director  in Nomura Services in Mumbai and presently  deeply engaged in Digitalization of Operations. 
Ravindra Kumar
Ravi leads Human Resources function for GE in South Asia and is based in Gurgaon.
 
He has been with GE since March 2001 and over the past sixteen years has had the opportunity to work in several GE businesses; in generalist and specialist roles; in organizations at different stages of their life cycle and in roles with country, regional and global responsibility.
 
Prior to his current assignment, Ravi was the Organization and Talent Development Manager for GE Global Growth Organization based out of Hong Kong. 
 
An alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Ravi started his career in Asian Paints as a Human Resources Manager.
Raja Radhakrishnan

Head, Human Resources, ABB Ltd, India

Raja Radhakrishnan joined ABB India as a Management trainee in 1996 and has worked with ABB in different capacities within the HR function, in various locations. He has been closely involved in several HR interventions both internationally and in India with the ABB Group.
Raja also served as the HR Center Head  for ABB, China in 2009 where he had an opportunity to work with Korea, Japan and Taiwan in facilitating leadership development and talent management workshops. Has conducted more than 50 leadership challenge workshops across 20 countries. Most recently he lead the HR Transformation project for the Asia Middle East and Africa region covering 45 countries.   Raja is an avid runner and enjoys taking part in marathons.

Rohit Thakur
With over 20 years of industry experience under his belt, Rohit is the HR Managing Director, India Geographic Unit, Accenture since February 2017.  In this role, he is responsible for Accenture’s talent strategy and HR service delivery & operations across all businesses in India. He partners closely with India geography leadership team to bring Accenture talent ambition 2020 to life, define and execute the next phase of our talent strategy in India and continue to position Accenture as an employer of choice in the market.
 
Rohit has previously worked with Microsoft, where he served as head of Human Resources for Microsoft India. Prior to this, Rohit spent 11 years at GE in various HR leadership roles across multiple businesses like Energy, Capital, Engineering, Corporate and Aviation, where he was proud to be one of the employees recognized globally as a growth leader in inclusiveness. He has also worked with Eicher Tractors, Cadence Design Systems and Bausch & Lomb.
Savitha Shivsankar
Savitha Shivsankar leads Human Resources at Novartis India comprising of all group businesses in the country.
 
With a rich portfolio of multi – sectoral experience spanning over nearly two decades, Savitha has been instrumental in shaping and cultivating HR landscape in the country. She started her career with ITC, and went on to work in the consumer goods space with Marico, Diageo and Mondelez. What sets her apart is her astute understanding of the operational nuances of doing business having successfully lead business operations in the consumer goods industry.
 
Savitha’s passion lies in driving business growth through people. She truly believes that great culture brings strategy alive. With a bedrock of curiosity, compassion and external focus, Savitha is leading the organization towards building high performing teams who win for patients. Saumen Chakraborty
Saumen Chakraborty is President and Chief Financial Officer of Dr. Reddy´s. He has over thirty three years of experience in both the strategic as well as various functional areas of management (CXO in 9 different roles over last 22 years) and has played a significant role in the evolution of Dr. Reddy´s as a global pharmaceutical company. In 2016, he was recognised as CFO of the Year by International Market Assessment (IMA).  In 2014 he was declared "India´s Best CFO with Exemplary All Round Performance" in the "5th Annual Business Today – YES Bank BEST CFO Awards". He has also received multiple accolades for his performance in various other roles from multiple external agencies and employers including the Chairman’s Excellence Award from Dr. Reddy’s, and the Exceptional Contributor award from both C-DOT and CMC.
In June 2017, Saumen was appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of ABP group and currently he is the chairman of their audit committee.
Saumen graduated in Physics from Visva-Bharati University and has a degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He was a University topper. His passion statement in life is to strive for excellence in everything with honesty, commitment, courage and character.
Siraj A Chaudhry

Siraj A Chaudhry is the Chairman of Cargill India, the wholly owned subsidiary of Cargill Inc.

Siraj has been an agriculture, commodity risk management and food processing industry professional for over 29 years with stints at ITC Ltd and the State Trading Corporation of India (STC) before joining Cargill. His tenure at Cargill spans 23 years, and includes handling key responsibilities and leadership role in India as well as commodity trading role in Geneva, Switzerland. Under his leadership since 2007 Cargill India has successfully built both institutional and consumer businesses backed by world class manufacturing facilities, a robust distribution network and an enviable brand portfolio.

Siraj provides leadership and insights in policy advocacy for the industry as an active member of several industry associations including CII and FICCI. He is currently the President of the Food Industry Capacity and Skill Initiative (FICSI) operating under NSDC.

Besides business, Siraj is actively involved in supporting social issues focusing on food and nutrition security, education and livelihood. Under Siraj’s leadership, Cargill pioneered the concept of fortifying all its edible oils with vitamins A and D in India to deliver much needed micronutrients and fight malnutrition in India.

In addition, he serves as a non-executive independent director on the board of Tata Global Beverages Ltd. and Tata Coffee Ltd.

Siraj is a post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) and a graduate from the Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi.
S. Sivakumar
Mr. S. Sivakumar is the Group Head of Agri and IT Businesses of ITC Limited, India (www.itcportal.com) and a Member of its Corporate Management Committee. ITC is one of India's foremost multi-business enterprises with a market capitalisation of US$ 45 billion and a turnover of US$ 8 billion, with business interests in Consumer Goods, Hotels, Agri Business, Paperboards, Packaging, and Information Technology. 
 
Mr Sivakumar is well known as the architect of ITC e-Choupal, the pioneering farmer empowerment initiative that benefits over 4 million small farmers through customised agri-extension and market linkage services, while providing a unique source of competitive advantage to ITC's packaged foods business. 
 
After redesigning several agri-value chains in its 1.x Series of initiatives nearly two decades ago, ITC e-Choupal evolved into a platform for two-way flow of goods & services (2.x Series) and then into a multi-stakeholder ecosystem (3.x Series) for a wider range of rural services. Now, a Digital-Economy-Ready Tier-4 of ITC e-Choupal is being prototyped for expanding the outreach further, as well as to offer a plug & play flexibility to the IT-enabled startups working on innovative solutions for rural Indians.
 
Topper of the Class of 1983 from the Institute of Rural Management Anand, (IRMA), Sivakumar worked with a farmers' cooperative for six years before joining ITC in 1989.

Sonali Roychowdhury
Sonali is CHRO of the Indian-Subcontinent operations of US Multinational, Procter and Gamble / Distributor Operations business for the India Middle East Africa region.
Sonali has been with P&G for ~19 years, with diverse experiences in Strategic HR Leadership, Organization Design, Employee Relations, Business Partnership, CXO Coaching and Change Management, and Talent/leadership development. An avid traveler, she has lived in Singapore, Vietnam, and ensures she sees atleast 2 new countries every year! Sonali has a special passion for Leadership Coaching and coaches professionals/entrepreneurs, while currently pursuing an Advanced Coaching Certification from The Teachers College, Columbia University (U.S.A).  Having first-hand experienced the highs and lows as a female leader pursuing an international career, Sonali is committed to driving positive change in inclusion, both in P&G as well as in the community.
Sonny Iqbal
Sonny Iqbal helped found Egon Zehnder's offices in New Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai. As a generalist, he is active in Egon Zehnder's Health, Consumer, Board, and Executive Assessment and Development practices. He is also coleader of the global Family Business Advisory Practice and advises businesses on succession, founder transition, governance, and family charter development across multiple continents and markets. He also conducts portfolio, CEO, and board searches for private equity firms. Sonny began his career at Egon Zehnder's London office in 1998.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Sonny acquired expertise in operations and marketing at the Oberoi Group in the U.K., India, and Middle East. He also managed the financial and travel services business of American Express in India.
Sonny earned a BA with honors from St. Stephen's College at Delhi University, an MBA from the University of Surrey, in the U.K., and a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality from the Oberoi Centre for Learning and Development in Delhi. He frequently speaks and writes on topics related to family businesses and dynamics within owner families. Outside of work, he enjoys regular exercise and is an avid golfer. Sonny is actively involved in Social Venture Partners India, a philanthropic network that brings together donors, nonprofits, and social enterprises to invest in collaborative solutions to tackle social challenges in India.
T. K. Srirang
Mr. T.K. Srirang, Senior General Manager, heads Human Resources function for ICICI Bank Limited. He is also a Member of the Research Advisory Council of IIT Bombay - Monash Research Academy, Member of IMD, Switzerland’s Executive Education Advisory Council, Member of Society of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Member of the Governing Body of The International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore (IIIT-B ) and former Board Member of the National HRD Network.
 
Mr. Srirang holds an MBA degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and Bachelors in Industrial Engineering. He has been with the Bank since 2001.
 
In his 20 years of work experience at organisations like Coca-Cola India Limited, Ford India Limited, ICI India limited and ICICI Bank, Srirang has handled Industrial Relations, Mergers, Leadership Development, Performance Management and large scale recruitment and employee engagement processes. At ICICI Bank, he has successfully handled integration of Sangli Bank and Bank of Rajasthan with the Bank.  He has also been instrumental in establishing Branch Banking Academy and Sales Academy for the Bank.
Srikanth Balachandran
Srikanth Balachandran is the Global CHRO of Bharti Airtel, the world’s third largest mobile operator in terms of number of subscribers. Srikanth passionately leads Airtel’s ‘Win With People’ agenda, including unique initiatives around curating a digital employee experience for its 20,000 employees across 16 countries through its portfolio of tools and apps, creating a world of exciting opportunities for the new age talent and leading the digital transformation for Airtel from an HR standpoint.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he started his career with Unilever as a Management Trainee in May 1985, and went on to do several leadership roles across Finance, Supply Chain and HR in Unilever for 23 years. In Nov 2008, he joined Airtel as the Global CFO, a position that he held for nearly 7 years. In June 2014, CNBV-TV18 presented him the award for the “Best Telecom CFO”. In Aug 2015, he made a transformational shift in his career to become the Global CHRO of Airtel. Srikanth has also been listed as a Power Profile by Linked In in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
S.V. Nathan

Nathan is a Partner and Chief Talent Officer of Deloitte India. He serves on the Executive Leadership of the firm and is a member of Deloitte’s Global Talent Council.
 
Nathan has over 30 years of experience in HR management, across diverse industries including Manufacturing, Services, Telecom, and Information Technology. He is an industry leader, mentor and an advocate of ethical leadership and developing future leaders through coaching. He has vast experience in building and leading high-performance teams in both multinational and Indian organizations, developing leaders across levels, and serving as a trusted business advisor focused on transforming Talent as a strategic growth enabler.  
 
A respected voice of the HR profession in India, Nathan speaks regularly at several national and global forums on contemporary HR matters. He is a Behavioral Specialist in Sensitivity Training. He was recognized as a ‘Distinguished Alumnus Award’ by XLRI by his Alma Mater. Recently he was acknowledged as one of the top three HR Power Profiles of LinkedIn. He has also been conferred several awards and honors throughout his career.
 
Till recently, Nathan served on the Board of the National HR Development Network (NHRDN) as its National Secretary. He also serves as the Chairman of Sumedhas, a not-for-profit education and research body devoted to organization development.

Vishpala Reddy
Vishpala Reddy is Chief People Officer India & South Asia, Uber Technologies.
Vishpala plays an active role as a Board member of the national executive board of NHRDN (National HR Development Network) and leads their Young Minds Advisory Board aimed at enhancing capabilities of young HR professionals in the country.
An avid proponent to the cause of developing women leaders across walks of society, she lends her time in mentoring women professionals. She is passionate about leading innovative and sustainable HR practices with measurable impact and being a strong talent advocate. She has been honoured with the “Women Super Achiever Award” at World HRD Congress in 2016.
In her previous roles, Vishpala has led the Health & Benefits Centre of Expertise within the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function for AmEx, supporting the Japan Asia Pacific & Australia region as well as having oversight for C&B in India. Prior to joining American Express, Vishpala was a senior consultant in the Talent and Organization Consulting practice of Hewitt Associates (now Aon-Hewitt) and worked extensively in the Performance & Rewards area across the IT and ITES industry. She has also worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions as an HR generalist.
She is based in Gurgaon with her husband and two children and loves to travel and experience different cultures. A sportsperson, Vishpala has represented Andhra Pradesh/University as a national level shuttle badminton player.
