What do you think about the teaching methods adopted by the faculty at the ISB?
The teaching methods adopted by the faculty at ISB are as diverse as the faculty themselves and most of them concoct a perfect mix of theory and application based learnings through case studies and other experiential techniques.

How is the experience at the ISB going to contribute to your career growth?
ISB equips you with a structured thinking process and arms you with enough ammunition to battle everyday business problems.

What is the Academic Affairs Council (AAC) at the ISB? What role do you play in it?
The Academic Affairs Council is an elected body of students that act as a liaison between the 570 students, faculty and the administration of ISB. As the Director of the AAC my role is to facilitate and enhance the learning experience of the students and provide a holistic environment for intellectual growth.

You were recently announced as the winner of the ‘ISB Young Leader’ award. What does this award actually mean to you?
The “ISB Young Leader” award is a great honour as well as a humbling experience. It’s an honour to be recognised amongst 16 other terrific individuals and humbling because you realise the journey has just really started. Personally for me the award is a testimony of achieving my single biggest goal at the ISB and that was to hone my leadership skills. ISB truly provides you with a platform not only to achieve your personal objectives but also make an impact on the “ISB Brand”.

The ISB focusses a lot on diversity among students. In what way have you benefitted from the interactions with your peers?
The out of class learnings, through interaction with a vastly diversified student body, is as vital a learning mode as the class lectures. The experiences of my peer group have provided me with a whole new perspective and appreciation of various professions.

If you were to recommend the ISB to a prospective applicant what would you say?
ISB is like a giant wave, just surf along with it and enjoy the tremendous experience. No matter where your interests lie, be it academic, leadership development, cutting edge research, volunteering, event management or just networking, ISB offers unparallel opportunities to fulfill your ambitions.
