Reasons for choosing the ISB?
If you are targeting an international career in India, the factors influencing your choice are few but each one of them makes the difference. Outstanding people at the ISB - prominent founders, distinguished faculty, vigorous visiting speakers and experienced fellow students - are pledge of the highest business education standards you can expect.

The other part is the broad international exposure, affiliation with world class B-schools and an intense one year programme covering the curriculum of a usual two-year MBA course.

As a senior consultant, what made you opt for this Programme and how do you think it will contribute to your career growth?
I am looking forward to work more on strategic issues and have a high level of autonomy in decision-making. It is not as easy as it may seem at the first glance if you are going to deliver some tangible results to your clients. And this is not about just domain knowledge which is easily accessible on-line. To deliver you need to build your capabilities through hands-on experience.

The post graduate programme at the ISB provides you with wide opportunities for skill building in the form of class discussions, experience sharing with your batch mates, professors and alumni, interacting with visiting academia, political and industry leaders, working with clients on an experiential learning project.

What are some of the opportunities you are looking forward to?
One of the sad, but reasonable things you have to do in life is making a choice. There are immeasurable opportunities at the ISB, believe me, it’s really difficult to decide.

I’m going to give back to the School and to our batch by developing their exposure to the aviation services industry. I also want to participate in admission events and promote ISB in my country.

How has the ISB surprised you?
The ISB has surprised me in many ways, the faculty, peer group, world class ambience, and administration of the School.

On your peer group
This is a very diverse group of talented, sociable, lively, and always ready to help people. When they are around you can hardly realise how much you will miss them after leaving the ISB.
