Benefits of Sponsorship

The Indian School of Business (ISB) Employer Sponsorship Programme allows a corporate to work along with outstanding employees, in grooming them for senior management positions within the company. Many former students of the ISB have received either complete or partial employer sponsorships for their tuition and fees. After completion of the programme, they returned to better roles and increased responsibilities with their companies. For employers, it is a chance to finance a world-class education for talented employees, thus encouraging them to stay and grow with the company.

We believe that an organisation's willingness to sponsor its employees in a management programme demonstrates its faith in the employees’ future. In that sense, employer sponsorship serves as an endorsement. However, in order to maintain the high quality of the ISB student profile, we require all sponsored candidates to meet the ISB's admissions requirements and go through the regular admissions process. Additionally, sponsored applicants are required to provide a letter from their employers, stating that the employers are aware of their enrolment in the programme and of the necessary time commitment involved.
