ISB's Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP)

Learning Model

The Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) at the Indian School of Business (ISB) is designed to find the leader in you and help develop a strong base for your management skills. These critical tools will help you face any challenge in your career.

Some benefits of the programme are as follows:

  • The PGP provides the latest practices and trends in management education with the flexibility to explore different areas of interest.
  • Teaching methods include case studies, seminars, simulations, group projects, and independent work. Special emphasis is given to team-based learning, to help students become more effective team players and leaders.
  • Students are placed in pre-defined groups for the first four terms and all efforts are taken to have students from diverse backgrounds in a group.
  • A significant part of the ISB learning experience includes interactions with achievers from various walks of life, who are invited to participate in seminars, conferences and workshops. Students acquire practical perspectives through interactions with business leaders and entrepreneurs from various fields, who share their challenges and draw upon experiences from their organisations, industries, and markets.
  • The Student Clubs and Centres of Excellence organise various events that foster and build the leadership potential in all ISB students.

At ISB, you can look forward to busy yourself with Exchange Programmes, international collaborative projects such as the Wharton Global Consulting Practicum, real time learning through the Experiential Learning Programme, Leadership Development Programme and the Planning an Entrepreneurial Venture, among other initiatives.
