How do you think your experience at the ISB is going to benefit you?
The highly practical and research based curriculum/case studies at ISB would significantly augment my decision making capability in the most proficient and structured manner. Further, the rigour of the curriculum amidst several other activities will adequately ensure that I master the art of time management.

The One year Post Graduate Programme in Management is an eclectic blend of entrepreneurship and management education, which imparts both theoretical and practical knowledge. I hope to introduce more effective solutions for business growth using creative management strategies and delivering superior differentiated solutions. Moreover, ISB lends an excellent opportunity to leverage on the strong alumni base and industry wide contacts across the globe.

What are some of the opportunities you are looking forward to during your course?
The various business plan competitions and programmes like Experiential Learning Programmes at the ISB provide me with an unparalleled opportunity to present my business ideas and gain critical analysis from experts. Meeting with some of the best minds of the corporate world who visit the campus frequently, gives us an opportunity to interact with them, gain new insights and draw upon from their learning curve.

The diverse sets of professional and social clubs offer me an opportunity to interact and learn from the experiences of a highly talented and diverse peer group at the ISB.

What are your impressions/expectations from your peer group?
The batch of 2010 represents highest quality of diversity and talented individuals from all walks of life. I feel awestruck seeing the passion, enthusiasm and energy that my peers bring on board which motivates me as well. At the ISB, learning doesn’t end in the classroom, students are always more than willing to share their precious time and extend support for not only academics but also for extra-curricular and other social activities.

How has your experience with the faculty been so far?
ISB offers an ideal mix of world class resident and visiting faculties from the best B-schools of the world. The industry exposure and research experience of the faculty sets the stage for a contemporary and global perspective of the course line.

What suggestions would you like to give to a prospective student?
Words are not enough to describe the rigour of the highly challenging course line and the fun and excitement of being part of the ISB family. ISB is a platform which offers every individual, be academically inclined or otherwise, a myriad of opportunities and therefore it is imperative to set clear priorities and specific objectives to make the most out of your year at the ISB.
