Being from the government service, why did you decide to pursue the PGP from the ISB?
I have spent over a decade in the IPS and it has given me a very deep understanding of the nuances of the public and government sectors. I decided to pursue a PGP in business management to get exposure to the world of business. My biggest attraction to ISB was that every student is experienced and has a success story to share.

What are your key takeaways from the PGP programme going to be?
Besides the standard education framework, I believe my key takeaways would revolve around having access to a young dynamic pool of current and future business leaders, an exposure to a whole new thought process and a lifelong access to best in class educational resources.

What are your expectations from your peer group?
ISB serves as a fantastic levelling ground – I look back 5 years and I don’t recall imagining being in a situation where I would be part of an evolvement process which involved young thought leaders from a variety of industries.

How has your experience with the faculty been so far?
My experience with the faculty has been thought provoking and exciting. Every faculty member, residential and visiting, has lent to broadening my horizons. It is an amazing feeling to be taught by the faculty members who have authored books, widely followed by management students and business leaders.

You’ve completed two terms at the ISB. How has the experience been getting “back to school”?
It has not only been a life time experience but also a life changing experience. Suddenly I have started feeling 10 years younger, more energetic and more passionate about work and life.

What suggestions would you like to give to a prospective student?
If you are passionate about yourself come here, it is the place which will show you the right direction and push you through your endeavors. Trust me it’s your passion that will differentiate you from others.
