How do you think your experience at the ISB is going to benefit you?
I think the experience at ISB will be a true test of my leadership skills. I am leading the Net Impact Cub, which comprises students who come from various parts of the world and have ample experience. The academic life will help me hone analytical thinking skills and develop the ability to apply classroom concepts to the field.

You have recently been elected as the President of the Net Impact Club. What are some of the initiatives that you are focussing on?
My biggest challenge as well as goal is to convince students that the social sector is a very attractive career option. Net Impact Club will be focussed on providing students a platform to apply their business skills to the social sector. To that end, we have initiatives such as Pro-Bono Consulting for non-profits, placing students on boards of non-profits via Board Fellows, Social Responsibility Conclave and various social entrepreneurship competitions. We will also play a lead role on campus in the “I Shall Be Responsible (ISB Responsible)” drive.

What are your views on the teaching methods adopted by the faculty at ISB?
Teaching at ISB is of the highest quality. The mix of both case and lecture based methods serves to hone analytical thinking and develop strong business fundamentals. It is only at ISB that you get the best of professors from all around the world.

Tell us something that you feel is unique to the life at the ISB.
One great thing about ISB is the people. We are a huge family. If I ever need any support, I can reach out to any of my professors and 579 classmates. Also, the liveliness of the campus cannot be missed. The parties, the invigorating conferences, the sports events, the section chants, the swimming pool dunkings at midnight…

What are some of the aspects that you feel a prospective applicant for the Post Graduate Programme should focus on?
An applicant should be honest to himself while applying to the PGP programme. Only then will he/she be able to figure out the hard questions about his/her career. Showcasing a strong combination of leadership, academic excellence, maturity, and vision will be vital. A last tip for applicants would be, If you believe you believe you can, you can.
