Having been associated with a prestigious MNC, how do you think ISB would help you? For me, ISB is a great platform to gain exposure to the world of professional opportunities and expertise that comes with an immensely talented and diverse student body. It will not only help me strengthen my domain knowledge but will also help me revisit the desired career path with fresh perspectives.
What is the most challenging aspect of ISB, according to you? There are numerous opportunities and Clubs at the School. To strike a balance between availing those unrelated to your expertise but interest you, and effectively contributing to the ones that directly tie in with your core domain, is a challenging task in a one year fast paced programme.
What is your take on the Post Graduate Programme curriculum? I feel the curriculum is well designed to both stimulate your grey cells as well as hone your overall personality and networking skills. The course structure and assignments give you enough opportunities to lead and follow, both of which are important aspects of effective management, I believe.
What are your expectations from your peer group? Most importantly, I expect that we all create a helpful and vibrant environment, in spite of intense competition and hectic schedules that we all follow. It is easier said than done, but I believe that it is essential for the flow and exchange of ideas as well as individual growth and development.
In brief, what has been your best experience so far at the ISB? The Orientation week, has by far been my best time at the ISB. That one week gave me plethora of opportunities to interact with the alums, faculty and know my peers. Each activity of the O-week involved immense creative learning and gave me food for thought. It assured me of the wonderful time that I was looking forward to, in the coming year.
