APPLICATION PROCESS

The YLP aims to identify young achievers from across the world. The talent of these undergraduate students may be reflected in their outstanding academic records and/or extra-curricular achievements. The academic talent is appreciated from all fields - arts, science, commerce and more. Each candidate will go through three stages of detailed screening before he/she is selected. The screening process will require the candidate to submit online applications including a video (90 seconds). Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit GMAT scores and appear for an on-campus selection process. To apply you need not submit any physical papers. Fundamental Essentials
To be considered for admission, an applicant must be in his/her pre-final year of graduation.

Stage 1
All applicants are required to submit:

• All academic details and achievements till date
• Extra-curricular interests and achievements
• One essay*
• A 90-second video*
• A one page résumé
• Application fee of INR 1,000

Stage 2

Candidates shortlisted from Stage 1 will be required to submit:

• GMAT score
• Three essays*
• Two evaluations

Stage 3

A final short-list will be announced and all the short-listed candidates will be invited to the ISB campus for the final selection process which will include an interview.

The YLP admit, in year 2 of work, will be entitled to contest for a merit based scholarship (and a need based scholarship, where applicable) vide a separate application and interview process.
