| Programme Details |
- Beginning September 2008, the ISB will offer a Pre-Doctoral Programme for candidates aspiring to academic research and teaching careers in the study of business management. The majors currently offered are Accounting, Financial Economics, Information Systems, and Operations Management.
- After admission, the students are expected to participate in research activity with resident faculty, besides helping organise events such as seminars and conferences. This will help them clarify and sharpen their own research interests, providing them with a headstart that will significantly help in their future doctoral studies.
- Upon completion of the programme, candidates are expected to advance to PhD programmes in business management at leading schools around the world.
- The programme is especially structured to encompass introductory doctoral-level learning through course work, as well as through exposure to academic research in the student’s major area of interest.
