The Women's Leadership and Excellence Initiative aims to ensure that the women in work force are provided with equal opportunities as men, in terms of education, skill training, networking etc., to enable them to create a comparable space for themselves at workplace. We intend to foster women corporate leadership by making our women Board Room-ready.

Through our programs, we will strive to fulfil the educational and skill based pre-requisites for growth in their career.  The participants will be encouraged to develop entrepreneurial expertise to be self-supporting. The Initiative will assist women to acknowledge their strengths, build a support network of mentors and peers from various industries and sectors and develop the competence and confidence to achieve their leadership potential. 
The initiative is focused on:
  •  Undertaking research to understand and identify the root-cause of the common issues
  •  Disseminating insights through industry outreach events
  •  Offering developmental programs focusing on self-development and sharing content specific insights with women participants
  •  Increasing the participation of women at all levels of decision-making
  •  Offering ongoing support through mentoring and coaching
  •  Creating platform for a cohort of women from diverse backgrounds to explore and build on new opportunities together
