Testimonials

I heartily congratulate ISB on taking a great stride forward through the Women's Leadership and Excellence Initiative. As we march towards India at 2022; bold, innovative and sustainable platforms are the most crucial need of the hour. The long aspired double digit growth and development goals will emerge only when we bring gender parity, inclusiveness, and equal opportunity for young women in the learning & work environment.
Timely initiatives such as this will undoubtedly position women to develop and equip themselves with skill sets and information, to lead by choice and reach higher professional potential which would enable women workforce to leap frog to global working standards in the short term, and sustain women in leadership and entrepreneurship in the long term, thus fuelling India’s growth engine.

Grateful for my time at ISB. The thing about ISB is that it embraces all and gives learning opportunities to students with varied background or different interests. It is not a cookie cutter set up. The opportunities to learn varied skills from some of the best educators globally is fantastic. Plus it has a very vibrant community. Personally, because of opportunities like being Chair of Women in Business Club and fantastic leadership development sessions, I was able to get skills and insights I use even today.

The programme at ISB has helped me formalize strategy for my business growth and establish invaluable support network with my co participants.

ISB has given me the opportunity to thrive amongst the best minds of the country, to get inspired by and share views with achievers from different genders and walks of life. The Women in Business Club aims to sensitize the future leaders towards an equal society and appreciate the vision of this initiative to accelerate women in the workforce. This forum helped us acknowledge that though we have achieved a lot on this front over the last few decades, there is a lot we can continue to work on.
