The Centre for Analytical Finance (CAF) at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, India, organised a Winter Research Workshop during December 18 - 19, 2010. Randall Morck, Jarislowsky Distinguished Professor of Finance and University Professor, University of Alberta, Canada, and an authority on corporate governance , and Kaivan Munshi, a leading researcher in institutional economics , Department of Economics, Brown University, USA, took take part in this workshop.
