The Women Leadership Summit is being organised for the first time by the student body under the aegis of the Women in Business Club at ISB. The panel discussion with top industry leaders promises to provide valuable insights on the importance of leadership styles in today’s corporate world.

The theme for the summit is: “Distinctive Leadership Styles: Women Leaders of Today”.

As young leaders entering the corporate arena, we need to effectively deal with gender diversity issues manifested in communication, adaptability and change. The Women’s Leadership Summit endeavours to present to the young future leaders at ISB a platform to discuss and debate the various aspects of gender sensitivity at workplace and understand from the industry thought leaders their viewpoint on this subject.

The Summit starts with keynote speaker Meher Afroz, followed by panel discussion moderated by Kiranmai Pendyala, Associate Director, Centre for Leadership, Innovation and Change (CLIC), ISB. Culmination with Q&A session.

The theme for Jagriti, a white paper competition that is being organised as a part of the Summit, is "Empowering Indian Women Work force: Lessons from Banking industry". For more information please click on the tab above.
