President-Meenakshi Ganesh

Meenakshi Ganesh has a degree in B Com(Honours) from Lady Shriram College for Women , Delhi and has worked with the Business Advisory Services division of Ernst and Young before joining the ISB. Her interests include debating, running, reading and practicing Carnatic music. Her passion to develop the professional skills of ISB women and inspire them to dream bigger by bringing them in touch with role models lead her to the WiB Club.

Event Coordinator – Shilpa Shah

Shilpa Shah has a degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, Texas. Before joining the ISB, she worked as Programme Manager, Microsoft Office Live. In her free time, she enjoys photography, dancing and reading. Her inspiration for the WiB Club - "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has”-Margaret Mead.

Secretary and Co- Event Coordinator – Smitha Purohit

Smitha Purohit has an engineering degree in Information Science. She worked as a Technical Lead with Dell Services. She is an AFAA certified aerobics instructor, has worked with an event management firm and is a part-time wedding planner. Smitha Purohit loves reading and watching movies. Her inspiration to be a part of the WiB Club is “Be the change you want to see in the world”- M K Gandhi.
 

Knowledge Coordinator – Chaitrali Joshi

Chaitrali Joshi has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Pune. After which she worked with the Enterprise Risk Services practice in Deloitte. Her passions include reading, travelling and singing. She believes that women themselves need to create awareness about issues that they face. Her vision for the WiB Club is to encourage and empower current and past women students of ISB to achieve their career aspirations.





Alumni Event Coordinator – Sireesha Dandu

Sireesha Dandu has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam and has worked with Mahindra Satyam in the IT services and telecom domain. She enjoys reading, music and movies in her free time. She is passionate about working for the WiB Club to motivate women and also help men and women understand how to improve the work environment through mutual cooperation.

 

Placom Representative – Anindita Mukherjee

Anindita Mukherjee has done her Masters in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. She then joined the R&D team of Calypto Design Systems. Her interests include high-altitude trekking and running. She is excited to be a part of the WiB Club which provides an excellent platform for enabling collaboration among ISB women and empowering women for greater success in their careers.

 

Marketing and Publicity Coordinator – Yamini Tandon

Yamini Tandon has a degree in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi. She has worked as a Strategic Planner for the Euro RSCG Advertising Agency. Her inspiration for the WiB Club stems from her belief that women in the workplace face pertinent challenges, including low representation, and these can be addressed by collaborating in order to build skills, networks and support systems amongst women in business.
