President - Nandini Govindarajan

Nandini has a Bachelors degree in Engineering with majors in Electronics & Communication. She started her career as an electronics engineer at Accord Software & Systems, and later, moved to Infosys Technologies. During her stint with Infosys for a little over eight years, she led many projects that delivered solutions for the consumer & small business division of Bank of America. As part of the WIB club, she intends to increase awareness about experiences of inspirational business women, provide a platform for an active exchange of ideas and create a long-lasting network that nurtures future women business leaders.

Vice President – Saumya Joshi

Saumya Joshi has a degree in B.A. (Honors) Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. She has worked with the Strategy Research and Innovation division of Deloitte and the Quality and Risk Management vertical of Ernst & Young prior to joining ISB. Her interests include writing, reading, debating and traveling. Her zest to collate and leverage the experience of accomplished women leaders from diverse fields to inspire ISB women and help them achieve more in their chosen career paths motivated her to be a part of WIB.

Careers Coordinator – Gunjan Paliwal

Gunjan Paliwal has a Master degree in Business Management from Agra University. She has worked with Everonn Education as Delhi’s State Head. She enjoys reading, music and movies. She has led many education initiatives for AID Noida and Nai Disha to impart education to unprivileged female children. Her belief in women’s empowerment led her to join WIB.

Social Initiatives Coordinator - Sonali Saxena

Sonali graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai in 2007. She has worked with the Taj Group of Hotels as a Management Trainee, and as manager with Thai Pavilion. Next, she spent two months teaching English and backpacking across Turkey. She, then, moved on to working as a Research Associate at the S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research in Mumbai. As part of the WIB Club, she wishes to contribute to the welfare of women who do not have access to management education and resources.

Knowledge Initiatives Coordinator – Shruti Thakral

Shruti has a Bachelors degree in Information Systems (Honors), a Bachelors degree in English Literature (Honors), and a Masters in Computer Applications with majors in Software Engineering. She has worked on IT Telecommunications products with the Aricent Group as a Senior Software Engineer for over four years. She enjoys writing and reading. As part of the WIB club, she will manage the club newsletter, WIB web-presence and WIB knowledge repositories.

Event Coordinator – Shweta Sahjwani

Shweta has a Bachelors degree in Management Studies with majors in Finance, and a Masters in Commerce with majors in Finance from Mumbai University. She started her career as an Equity and Derivatives trader for Edelweiss Capital's Principle Strategies Group for two and a half years. Next, she co-founded www.wishberry.in, where she led Business Development and Operations before joining ISB. As part of the WIB club, she intends to facilitate a series of internal and external speaker sessions aimed at equipping ISB's students to successfully achieve their career aspirations.

Event Coordinator – Khushboo Pandey

Khushboo Pandey holds a Bachelors degree in Technology from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad with majors in Computer Science. She has worked as a software engineer in the ERP domain of Microsoft’s Business Division for four years, where she organized events such as Giving Campaign and dance performances for corporate events. As a member of the WIB club, she wants to ensure that all WIB members get the opportunity to interact with strong business women through a series of internal and external speaker sessions.

Marketing and Publicity Coordinator - Sharon Ann Varghese

Sharon holds a Bachelors degree in Technology with majors in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology. She started her career as a Design Engineer at Infosys Technologies. A year later, she joined The PRactice Strategic Communications, where she served as a PR Consultant for IT companies for nearly three years. As part of the WIB club, she will drive campaigns, internal as well as external, to build awareness around the various activities of the WIB club.

Alumni Coordinator – Sneha Rajan

Sneha Rajan has a Bachelors degree in Technology from VJTI, Mumbai. She has worked with Microsoft IT. She spent around 4 years in Microsoft as a Program Manager for its Business & Licensing group divisions. As an Alumni Coordinator, she shall drive the mentoring and Alum-connect sessions, thereby enhancing the career and networking opportunities for the club members.
