About Apex 2016
Indian School of Business (ISB) and University of Melbourne present APEX, a Live SME Post Graduate Business Case Challenge . APEX has participation from Australia and is open to B-Schools in India. It aims at providing a common platform for interaction among SMEs (the targeted clientele for this competition), academia, students, fund managers and banks.
APEX is an attempt at understanding and addressing the challenges of capability enhancement faced by Indian SMEs. The unique aspect of APEX is the provision of a live platform for SMEs of North India who will participate as subjects and will benefit from the real-time pro-bono consulting.
It is an opportunity for student teams to work on real-life situations by applying theoretical models to practice and generating ideas to address the challenge. This unique opportunity to strategize the action plan for LIVE businesses covers several functions including but not limited to Sales, Marketing, Operations & Finance.
