Santhosh Anoo
Santosh  Anoo leads Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations practice in India. He has over 16 years of industry and consulting experience in technology and telecom (TMT) organisations. Santosh currently focuses on Global TMT clients in USA and APAC assisting them in developing global business models. He is one of the TMT industry group’s leading practitioners in the areas of growth and innovation. Ravi Bommakanti
Ravi Bommakanti is the Vice President in Capgemini’s Financial Services Global business unit. He is also the Head of Technology Development and Integration practice, based in India. In this role, Bommakanti is responsible for strategic direction and transformational initiatives, new capability development in technologies and asset creation to support and drive business growth across the globe.

Prior to joining Capgemini, Bommakanti was the head of the GE Global business unit in Satyam for over 5 years, where he spearheaded the introduction of new services to GE and expanded service footprint from a single business line to multiple business lines across 23 countries. He was also the global head for the Insurance unit and was responsible for development of new industry solutions. 

Bommakanti  brings Financial Services experience from across the globe, having worked for Citicorp in the US and Bankers Trust in Australia.

Umesh Jain
Umesh Jain is the President & Chief Information Officer (CIO) at YES BANK. He spearheads the Information Technology initiatives and is responsible to further fortify the Bank’s technology edge and to continue its growth trajectory supported by Technology led innovations. He is also responsible for driving innovation projects, and developing strategic planning guidelines in accordance with the Business Strategy of the Bank leveraging and building upon Best in Class Technology as a key pillar and differentiator of YES BANK.

Prior to joining YES BANK, Jain was the Business Head - Corporate and Investment Banking Technologies at Citigroup IT Operations and Solutions (CITOS), providing IT services to global clients.He was instrumental in expanding the business and also played a key role in setting up operational processes in the organization.

Jain brings with him 14 years of national and international experience across USA, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and has managed highly visible, multi geography driven strategic projects and programmes under various operating models including centralising, outsourcing and off-shoring.
 
Vijay Sethi
CIO, Hero Honda Motors Limited
Vijay Sethi
Vijay Sethi is the Vice President, Information Systems and CIO at M/s Hero Honda Motors Limited – the world's largest second wheeler company. Prior to Hero Honda, he was worked with M/s Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited and M/s Tata Consultancy Services. He has over twenty years of experience in industry and consulting environment. This has turned him into a  regular speaker at various national and international symposia and conferences on various facets of IT including Trends in IT, Information Security, SAP, Supply Chain, Project Management and is member of various forums including IT committees of CII and SIAM.

Academically, he has a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA in Materials Management and an Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Apart from this, he has a number of certifications in various areas of management and IT.
 
Mukesh Singh

Mukesh Singh
Mukesh Singh is the Senior Vice President of Technology Development for MakeMyTrip, overseeing the technological evolution of one of the strongest IT based travel companies in the world. With over 11 years of experience, he has worked with Zoesis, eGain Communications, Sumtotal System, Timeline Studios and Amazon. Prior to joining MakeMyTrip, Mukesh was the General Manager at Amazon India where he was responsible for search, sponsored links and payments products.

He holds a B. Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and pursued a graduate level course on Interactive Virtual Environments, Synthetic Characters, Image Representation for Vision and Advanced Computer Graphics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Massachusetts.
 

Krishanmurthy Sudarshan
MD, Technology, Goldman Sachs India

Krishanmurthy Sudarshan heads Application Development Technology in Bangalore, India. He joined the firm in NY as a managing director and moved to Bangalore in October 2006. Under his leadership the group has grown to about 1000 technologists aligned to various businesses within Goldman Sachs including Equities, Fixed Income Commodities and Currency, Prime Brokerage, Operations, Compliance and Financial Controllers. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Sudarshan  was a serial entrepreneur focussed on building software product companies with a footprint spanning the USA and India. He strongly believes that building intellectual property and software assets is the best way to leverage the immense talent in markets such as India. Most recently Sudarshan was the co-founder of Volante Technologies, a financial-services software firm in New York, where he had been the chief technology officer and head of Development since 2001. He started his career with stints in PriceWaterhouse Management Consulting Services and Oracle in the core kernel group.

Sudarshan earned a Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering and a Master's degree in computer science. Sudarshan is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute's India Leadership Initiative.

Vinay Goel
Country Head of Products, Google India
Vinay Goel Vinay Goel is the Country Head of Products for Google India. In this role, he is responsible for Google's product strategy and delivery functions in India. Over the past year, he has successfully grown Google's India business across all product categories including Search, Social Networking and Mobile.

Goel brings with him 19 years of experience with technology companies. Prior to Google, he was the Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Webroot Software, a privately held internet security company. He has also served as VP of Business Development at Sega of America and headed worldwide Field and Channel Marketing at Check Point Software.

Goel has a bachelor's degree in computer science from UC Berkeley and a Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. 
Dr Gopal Pingali
Director, Global Cloud Center of Excellence, IBM

Dr Gopal Pingali is currently the Programme Director for IBM Cloud Centre of Excellence and Collaboratory for Service Science.

In this joint role role between IBM's Global Technology Services (GTS) business and IBM Research, Gopal has dual responsibilities. First, he is the global leader of the GTS Cloud Center of Excellence, an organisation of technical experts with the mission of driving adoption and enablement of IBM Cloud offerings, including Desktop Cloud, Dev-Test Cloud, Production Cloud, and Storage Cloud, with clients worldwide.

Secondly, he serves as the Senior Leader for the Research Collaboratory for Service Science, established in association with the Indian School of Business (ISB) at Hyderabad. Over the years he has driven several products to market in areas such as mobile solutions, self service portals, next generation contact centers, everywhere interactive displays, and video based tracking systems.

Gopal obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1993, worked at Bell Labs in Murray Hill, NJ from 1994 to 2001 when he joined the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center at Hawthorne, New York. Gopal moved to India at the end of 2008. He has over sixty published papers and won several international best paper awards. He has 40 patents issued and in process and is an IBM Master Inventor.  
Salil Punalekar
Head, Cognizant Cloud

Salil Punalekar currently leads the Cloud and Next Generation Business solutions for Cognizant, commonly called Cognizant Cloud.

He joined Cognizant in 1999, and was one of the first business development person in the NA market. Salil created the first industry focussed business unit within Cognizant, Cognizant’s Healthcare Practice and led the growth of the practice till 2006. From 2006 to 2008 he moved to Cognizant’s Continental European operations. During the European tenure, he created the market facing teams for Benelux, Germany, France and Switzerland, managed the life sciences business and finally was the country manager for Cognizant France.

He moved to India in 2008 and joined Genpact to manage the manufacturing and supply chain business. During his time at Genpact he was responsible for a large part of Genpact’s business with GE’s Energy Infrastructure across IT, BPO and Analytics and Genpact’s Supply Chain business.
 
Moorthy Uppaluri
General Manager and Country Head, DPE, Microsoft
Moorthy Uppaluri
As the General Manager and country head for the Developer and Platform Evangelism (DPE) division of Microsoft- India, Moorthy is responsible for spearheading the company’s efforts to build and foster the software ecosystem through his deep and strategic insights and expansive engagements with customers, partners, developers, IT professionals, students, academia and start-up organizations.

Prior to this Moorthy was the CEO of Microsoft IT-Global. Microsoft IT-Global is the offshore arm of Microsoft IT and a seamless extension of its engineering organization. It comprised of global Centers of Excellence both in India and China, which worked on strategic platforms and niche technologies to develop business applications for internal Microsoft use. Today Microsoft IT-India is mission-critical and the largest operation of Microsoft IT outside of Redmond.

Moorthy has a Master’s degree in Industrial Management from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois and a MBA from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama. He has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He is a certified Master Black Belt who practices Six Sigma in day-to-day business to drive operational excellence.

 

Subramaniyan Venkataraman, Vice President, Software Engineering, CA Technologies

Subramaniyan Venkataraman,Subramaniyan Venkataraman,  is the Vice President, Software Engineering at CA Technologies. He heads the engineering team for Service Management and Workload Automation at the India Technology Center. His primary role at CA involves managing product engineering and product development of multiple software products including common technologies and components used by other Business Units, providing technical guidance to the related development teams and ensuring the delivery and release of quality products on time.

Venkataraman has over 22 years of experience in the IT industry in both India and the U S. This includes nine years in leadership roles spanning product development and IT services. Prior to joining CA, Venkataraman was Vice President, Services Delivery at Sierra Atlantic, Inc., a Silicon Valley based product and services Company. During his stint at Sierra Atlantic between 2000 and 2009.  He also led organisation change initiatives around SEI-CMM processes, information security and internal tools and systems.

Prior to Sierra Atlantic, Venkataraman worked for Wipro Technologies At Wipro, he handled large product engineering and B2B e-commerce application development engagements. He worked with EDS in the U.S servicing General Motors and GM Acceptance Corporation as customers. Prior to EDS, Subbu has had three-year stints each with ITC Limited, a subsidiary of British American Tobacco and NTPC Limited, which is a large public sector power generation company in India.

Venkataraman is an engineering graduate in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University and has a Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Telecommunications from ALTTC, Indi 
Deepak Visweswaraiah
Senior Director, Storage Software Group (SSG), India Center of Excellence, EMC Corporation

Deepak VisweswaraiahDeepak Visweswaraiah is the Senior Director & GM, Storage Software Group (SSG) of Engineering at EMC, India COE in Bangalore. With over 22 years of experience in software development and engineering, Visweswaraiah is a senior member of EMC India COE’s management team.

Prior to joining EMC, Visweswaraiah was the Senior Director, Operations for i2 Technologies. He was instrumental in making the India Development Center a successful endeavor for i2. Visweswaraiah has been in various senior management and engineering roles at PharmQuest Corp., LSI Logic, Adobe Systems, and Interactive Network.

Visweswaraiah holds a M S in Engineering from University of Texas and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
